Right now, I’m diving deep into UX design through a Professional Diploma at the UX Design Institute. This 6-month course is structured around 11 modules, covering every stage of the UX process. While I’ve only just begun the journey, I’ve started with the research phase, focusing on the user research techniques that form the foundation of great design. I’ll be exploring the remaining modules—like prototyping, interaction design, and AI in UX—in the coming months.

At the moment, my focus is on conducting four core research projects: competitive benchmarking, online surveys, note-taking, and usability testing. These hands-on tasks allow me to analyse user needs and behaviours, helping to build a solid base for future design decisions. This research phase is where I’m refining my ability to gather meaningful insights—skills that will guide my work as I move through the rest of the UX process.

The final modules will take me through prototyping, usability testing, and creating annotated designs for handover. This course is more than just learning—it's about applying what I’ve learned to real-world scenarios, which is why I’m excited to continue developing my skills.
